you can toggle the shoulder cape on and off, and there are a couple of additional toggles for details on both the cape and sleeve cuffs.

important disclaimer: the weights on the cape are rough. I tried my best but there was only so much I could do with how capes work in this game, and they will clip in a lot of animations. I'm sorry 💔
