Open Forerider Coat for Highlander

A friend asked if I could, and thanks to a few different people I somehow managed to deliver!

This is only fit to base TBSE for Highlanders, not Hunk like the original.

Clipping on the front may occur if you bend too far forward in emotes and gposing. I know this is a weights issue but I do not know how to fix it, sorry.
