(TBRE) Flame Elite's Loincloth

i got a skirt that jingle, jangle, jingle.

forgot to delete unseen skin mesh oopsie.

model only. requires TBSE or TBRE for skin texture.

affects the flame elite's loincloth for all midlander-based mascs.

comes with a toggle for the skirt, as well as bulge and flat options.

includes fukubu scaling, but it's based off of the original, currently WIP weights from TBRE 0.2. don't expect perfection right now. it will be updated when TBRE is.

i should have taken care of most clipping, but if you spot anything especially egregious just let me know.
bear in mind i will not be fixing issues caused by C+ scaling.
