Top Brass - Vanilla mashup for TBSE

Fur collar ON, tummy OUT.

Thanks to Tsar for TBSE and Zur for helping me with previews and setting up the mod!

A mashup of the Bygone Brass maiming top, Mistwake aiming top and some random other bits. Features toggles for the cape, tassels and tummy fabric.

Probably some minor clipping, but I've not noticed anything egregious.

Port away, with credit. No gen3, please.
