Dragonlancer's set for DT

Full Dragonlancer armor set material upgrade for DT.

Keep in mind that metals dye differently using DT materials than they did before. I've included the option to use darker or lighter metals for your preference.

Glow toggle for eyes, they do natively have a tiny bit. I added them to the dye slot though as well for glow on options.

This is not a model change.

Supports dual dye and is vanilla/upscale compatible.
