Viera Earrings with Hats

Makes earrings visible for Viera when wearing all those fancy new hats SE gave us. :)
Meta manipulations only, shouldn't conflict with anything. For good measure, place my mod below other hat mods.
Works with all viera-enabled hats up to patch 7.5!

Please note that the changes also apply to Miqo'te and Hrothgar, as these races share the same metadata toggle for earrings. It's recommended to use Penumbra collections to ensure this mod only applies to Viera characters, or to exclusively apply this mod to your own character.
