BeRibboned Carbuncles

Adds a mashup of the Cait Sith Neck Ribbon and the bell on the Black Coeurl minion to all four player Carbuncles, as well as Alphinaud's Diamond and Obsidian Carbuncles. :) It also works with any retextures/recolors, but not any mods that edit the Carbuncle model.

The ribbon mashup was inspired directly by Sparrow's minion edit of the Amaro Hatchling, and is a mod I've used for a long time! I thought my WoL's Carbuncle deserved a matching one. <3
