Vana'dielian Surcoat of Fending for Hr3 Chubby

An upscale of the Vana'dielian Surcoat of Fending (and Maiming) for HR3 Chubby. Works for both Roegadyn and Hrothgar.

I learned how shapekeys work so this can work with long gloves! Everyone cheer! (and thank Neza!!)
Sadly I am still not familiar with IVCS, so this does NOT have physics, and depending on your c+ it may or may not work nicely with it. Also, I didn't realize until late in the process that Hroth had a variant with a cutout for the tail, so this upscale does not have that (it uses the Roe variant)
