Green Flame Crook

I needed my DnD character's staff in XIV for reasons. You can use it too, if you'd like.
Takes the flame from the Abyssos Rod, turns it green and blue, and sticks it to the Cryptlurker's Crook+ Augmented version.

Known issues: If you run with the staff out, some of the flames are still partially purple but I'm into and not super invested in figuring out how to change that so it stays.
