Bygone Brass Shirt of Healing/Casting to TBSE

A quick and dirty upscale of the Bygone Brass Healing and Casting tops to baseTBSE! Did this one mostly on a whim after being surprised at not seeing one already!

The sleeve on the left arm was refit to the best of my ability, though I couldn't quite figure out how to make that part perfect. If I do later, I'll update it! It's just some weird visibility junk around the wrist.

That being said, I tested this with a small variety of scalers without any visible issues on my end. This should also have clearance for X/SBTL legs!
