Traffic Cone Hat

Silly traffic cone with estimated value of $3600 turned into a hat. Free of charge, worth every penny.

Works with all races, though viera ears will be clipping through the cone.
Uses "Hide Scalp" metadata, so technically should be fine with all vanilla hairstyles and hat compatible modded hair.
