Bibo+ Detailed Flat Normals

Scuffed edit to merge the flat chest section of LittleLuxio's Bibo Flat normal textures with the Detailed version of the Bibo+ normal map to re-add things like hip creasing and pore definition, in standard and buff variants. This essentially makes the chest look slightly flatter without editing the model.

Requires a Bibo+ based body to function, but should be compatible with any of them. Unfortunately, due to this being a naive texture edit, this means that pore textures are lost on the breasts, but it was good enough for me. Vanilla scales only. Hroth not currently supported.
