Westlaketea's Pubic Scales for Bibo+

Adds pubic scales to Bibo+’s female au ra skin textures, going from the front of the pubic bone all the way around and to the back of the vagina.

This mod was originally created by Westlaketea, then updated to Dawntrail by me.
