Uraeus Coat+ for TBRE

I am getting back to my modding groove by going through my request list to give you the Uraeus Coat upscaled to TBRE, but that's not all!

• I included the bra and chestwrap from the female model of the coat and Forgewise Chestwrap. You can toggle which one to use!
• I also kept both necklaces that also toggle too!
• Or just keep the chest clear~

Weights should be working fine but reach out if something is glaringly wrong!
