TBSE-B IVCS2 Edit

A mod that adds IVCS2 weights to TBSE-B's torso, for Midlander based M model.
Specifically, it adds weights to the stomach bone and bicep bones, allowing them to be posed and scaled with posing tools or Customize+.
Requires TBSE for textures in order to work.

NOTES: Requires IVCS2 for posing, scaling and physics.
This started as a private personal project that I decided to make public.
As such, it is not perfect and may have issues I did not catch (especially as I manually painted the weights in myself) but I hope others can get some use/enjoyment from it.
This is also not a massively drastic edit; there basically no 3D model or topology changes.
It only adds the extra weights that the original TBSE-B was missing — keeping them roughly in line with what base TBSE's IVCS weights are like — and was mostly done to synergise things for my IVCS related ports.
