[Rue S] Gown of Light

Port of the Gown of Light to Rue+, S yiggle chest only.

This mod REQUIRES you to toggle on the YAS skeleton in your base rue mod to work. It also requires to be matched with yiggle bottoms.
The skirt part is edited to be quite large compared to vanilla to allow for a lot of room with c+ scaling.
