Closed Toe Theophany Boots

Vanilla edit to the Theophany Boots (F Midlander-based)

Edits the theophany thighboots so the toes are covered, and adds a bow onto the back.

Toe area can be set to match the boot or ribbon colours and will dye accordingly.

Back ribbons may clip a bit depending on pose/scaling.
