Velvet Atrophy Chapeau <Broken, pending update>

I wanted the velvet textures on my favorite hat to match the Roseblood Coat for my main glamour. So, here it is.

I have not tested this with any texture upscales. I do not know if they are compatible or not. But in vanilla as-is the textures are kinda crunchy. Not much I can do about that since this is an older piece of gear, sorry.

If you want it in a different color I'd suggest toying with the colorsets, not the dye system.
