Tbse for midlander base and highlander
Sbtl Standard, W25 for midlander base only

Replaces:
Felicitous Tunic, Vibran Princess's bottoms and Bygone brass boots of casting

Works on males, except Hrothgar, Roegadyn and all Lalafell.
