G'raha Ear Flap Remover

Remove G'raha's ears, in order to use with a replacer, such as Mikitten Too. Designed to be used with something like All Vanilla Hairs - Earless Miqo'te M.

Has only been tested with Crystal Tower G'raha so far (shh, I know, I'm still just a sprout), but does edit all the mesh files I could find for his head (including [spoiler]!). Silly pic for the header image because I'm a dingus and forgot to take screenshots during Crystal Tower.
