Au Ra Scales for Midlander Based Males

I got a request for a commission for adding scales to male elezen and decided to give it a go. It seems to work just fine! It's made for TBSE with option 0 (so no body hair) and should work even without it but I'm not 100% certain, I forget what happened during testing, it was late when I finished.

Comes in both Raen and Xaela flavours.

Anyways, I figured I'd upload it with the commissioners permission so all can enjoy.

Since it was a commission and I won't be using it myself at all I have no intention of updating it unless the commissioner requests something being done.
