nonchalant port

- added hat compat! as with vanilla, may clip with some hats, but i did my best

very simply ported leofard's hair to f au ra, edited the shape a lot to not create such a megamind shaped head bc DAMN

there may b clipping with c+ if you have edited the cheekbones at all

did not come with highlights
