Washed Out - TBSE-W, TBSE-Q

A very simple vanilla mashup of the following elements :

• Calfskin Rider's Jacket
• Southern Seas Shirt

The Jacket is dyeable on the first slot, and the shirt on the second.
There might be clipping with some pants depending on their buckles. Also clips on extreme poses and a bit on the collar.
The elbow bone behaves strangely in gpose. This is an issue also happening on the vanilla version of the jacket, so i left it as is.

Midlander-based for TBSE-W, and Midlander-based + Highlanders on TBSE-Q.
