Yet Another Rolled Sleeve Waistcoat

A mashup of the Valentione's Waistcoat and the AR-Caean Velvet Work Shirt of Crafting to roll them sleeves up and show off them arms! Added the li'l pins to the collar as well because I really like 'em. Also edited the colourset to be one colour because that black doesn't match any dyes, grr.

Updated to include all sizes and non-buff options. Also includes the option to install on either the Work shirt or the Valentione Waistcoat... or both!
