Viera F - Hair 4 & 7 Mashup

Takes the bangs (that extend down the side of the head) from female Viera hair 7, and uses them on in place of female Viera hair 4's equivalent bangs. Has minor edits to the hair models as a part of the mashup (mostly moving and removing small parts of the Hair 7 bangs to fit properly on top of Hair 4).

It additionally has an option to recolor the flower ponytail hairband to be black flowers with red centers and a red band, instead of the default white flowers with yellow centers and a white band. Made it an option since while it's what I like and want (which was the reason behind creating the mod in the first place), others might not.

First time making any kind of hair mod, so it's messy and there may be minor issues I've missed (especially with the ones I've already managed to catch before deciding to go and upload this).

...Hopefully only minor issues.

This was essentially remade from scratch using the new hair models from in-game, and doing similar edits again to them so that I could keep the new behavior with bangs and hat compatibility.

I definitely made mistakes and had to do some weird shenanigans to cover up some holes (and I don't even know where those holes came from...), so the edges - especially around the sides underneath the Hair 7 bangs - might look bad up close. Hopefully it's not too bad.
