Kartoffels Viera Hats

Just enables all hats for viera as of 7.0. Doesn't cover 7.1 or 7.2.

3 toggle groups:

1. Show Ears - This shows ears for every hat.
2. Ears follow midlander - If midlander shows ears, viera shows ears; if midlander hides ears, viera hides ears. You can see why it's recommended based on the pictures.
3. No Ears - Hides ears for every hat.

Recommendation:
Have this at a lower priority than Hrothgar and Viera Hats. So everything they haven't covered will be covered by this. Also it includes the hair patches.

You CAN get some hair patches out of this mod if you are savvy: Human Viera, but it's more geared towards making the viera look like midlander.
