Bows in Black and Red

A simple model and colorset edit to the fem version of the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Striking, fitted to base TBSE for Midlander-based mascs. Dye channel 1 dyes the corset+sleeves; channel 2 dyes the undershirt+bow.

Known issues: some minor clipping on the sleeve cuffs in over-the-head movements, such as the M!Miqo /pose emote.
