2nd/3rd Promise Fixes

Fixes Wuk Lamat's hairstyle, tail and fur, and Koana Hair so they can wear anything

Adds hat compatibility to both Wuk Lamat's and Koana's respective hairstyles
Also fixes Wuk Lamat's tail and fur displaying differently while out of her normal attire

Highly recommend this be assigned to only the NPCs
Also for default hats to show on Wuk Lamat, I recommend getting Hrothgar & Viera Hats
