Upscale of the DoM's Palaka Vest to The Body SE.

Changes in 2.0.0

- Added the DoW's version of the Palaka Vest to the mod (including body types Bara, Bara Curvy, and TBSE-X).
- Fixed some clipping and seams issues with the DoM version.

Upscale of the Palaka Vests to The Body SE, including Mimi's Slim Edit and my size edits for all of them plus my Bara edit and Ray's TBSE-X for the DoW versions.
